You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the compiled binaries, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. User Data & Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and authentication credentials. You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights over the custom content, reflections, goals, and notes you create within the app.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
AZM RISE is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we design the application with utmost attention to reliability and data integrity, we are not liable for any lost data resulting from hardware failure, operating system interruptions, or device clearing.
