Account & Data Deletion Request
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have access to the AZM RISE application on your mobile device, you can instantly erase your account and all associated cloud data with zero waiting time:
Open Settings
Launch AZM RISE and tap the Settings tab.
Navigate to Account
Select your profile or tap Account & Sync.
Confirm Deletion
Tap Delete Account & Cloud Data and confirm. Your Firebase authentication record, profile, and all synced habits/tasks/goals in Cloud Firestore will be permanently deleted immediately.
Method 2: Email Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, you can request manual deletion of your account and all stored cloud data by sending an email directly to the developer at:
Please send your request from the email address registered with your AZM RISE account.
What Data Is Deleted?
- Firebase Authentication Record: User ID, verified email, sign-in credentials.
- Cloud Firestore Backups: All synced habits, recurrence schedules, checklists, goals, task lists, and timer records.
- Profile Information: Display name, avatar selections, and cloud sync timestamps.
Note on local offline data: Data stored locally on your device's SQLite database must be cleared by uninstalling the application or clearing the app storage in your Android/iOS system settings.
